Create a share
POST/api/v1/shares
Offers one of the project's resources to another project — or, with grantee: "*", to every project — with the listed actions. The share grants nothing until the grantee accepts it. grantee: "*" is refused with 403 PUBLIC_SHARES_DISABLED unless the deployment sets SHARES_ALLOW_PUBLIC=true.
